appetizers

The point of an appetizer is to stimulate the taste buds just a bit and stave off hunger before the rest of the courses are served. Appetizers can be served as platters that are shared amongst the table, or individualy plated for consumption.

 

SALADS

Our Salads contain a mixture of leafy vegetables, usually served chilled or at a moderate temperature and often laced with a sauce or dressing. Salads may also contain ingredients such as fruit, grain, meat, seafood and sweets. Many of our salads consist of raw ingredients, some have cooked ingredients.

 

SIDES 

Come in variations of flavors, textures, and looks including; seasonal vegetables, green beans, roasted potato fingerlings, or gourmet mac & cheese 

 

ENTREES 

The main dish is usually the heaviest, heartiest, and most complex dish on our menu. The main ingredient is usually meat, fish or a vegetarian option. A well-planned main course can function as a sort of climax to the meal.
